It's a PS4 controller with a different shape from the stock DS4, as well as paddles on the back, all of which I prefer because it's easier on my hands as I have joint problems. It's not just a fancy design on an otherwise standard controller, so it's kind of different from what I assume you think it is. It's for accessibility, not flair.
