What are the highest rated/desired plot locations?

My plot its in the subdivision, but the location is great, have a MB right in front of me and the NPC who sells permit it there too. its the plot 52

After weeks of stalking the housing areas, especially Mist, I finally, FINALLY managed to get plot 19. I had almost given up (and would have settled for 20 maybe), now I couldn't be happier. Gonna enjoy my precious white beach life now. '-'

I feel like the odd one out when I look at Lavender Beds plots -- 28 has no appeal due to the rock formations despite the bridge over, 3's orientation and surroundings are pretty bleh, but my FC and I really love 6 and were pretty stoked to get it.

Private fishing creek (we've got a bridge in our yard that glitches over the edge to allow us to just walk out there,) front-view just is the creek/path up to the MB/Aetherite and the medium across and up from it, nice waterfall views at the back, really pretty flora setup out the front that has a lot of bioluminescence at night. It's an underdog but its really gorgeous imo.

Never really liked plots in the Mist.

Goblet 30 (L) and its matching small (29) are really nice, as is 20 (S) which is where my personal is. Right out the front of the swimming area and secluded a fair bit.

Shiro 28 (M) also is a fav.

Just upgraded my plot 6 in Lavender Beds to plot 35 in Mist (L) through relocation, couldn't be happier :D

Used to have 6 as well, grats that you got it, it wasn't mine was it since i recently relocated from 6 to another plot? lol

Yeah, 6 is nice! The stream running in front is cute. The only reason I prefer 28 (a little) is because the market board seems a little closer, but other than that, they're pretty close in desirability! The only one I actually don't like is 3. It seemed pretty at first, but the MB is very far, and the front faces a giant tree trunk...

It's 35 :p
I have 5 as well, but that's used for my FC. 35 is my private home now :)

Ah, ok! So is that the sun rising? Pretty either way! I have 5, but always wanted 35 instead for the sunsets out front...

My favorite plot is Lavender Beds 29/59. Nice and isolated with it's own private bridge and waterfall view. Very glad I was able to pick it up back in October before the current housing mess showed up.
