[SPOILER Discussion] Tataru's WoL outfit?

I can't see myself wearing it with a combat class personally.

Gathering or crafting, definitely.

I've dyed it a mixture of Kobold Brown and Loam Brown.

Feels more me, also added in the militia ringband gloves.

I like how Tataru makes everyone else an epic looking outfit and we get a school uniform.

Someone needs to take away her weaver equipment.

Also am I the only one that looks at the gear and thinks it doens't fit into the FFXIV aesthetic anywhere? It literally has no place in any of the known regions of Hydaelyn in my opinion.

I'm not saying it looks bad, I'm saying it looks bad for this game. Super disappointed here.

For the life of me I don't know why the pants are listed under weaver... I wish SE were a little more consistent because they're definitely leather in appearance. I can't help these little details bother me :L

Um did you not see the Scripture Shire gear? lol Plus it fits Alphinauds and Ailisaes outfit styles well seeing as how we were constantly asking since 2.0 for their outfits and never got something near it, guessing this is suppose to be our tribute to it, plus "School style outfits have been in previous ff games and Sharlyman does indeed show this outfit its also supported doing the 59 dungeon.

Sorry.. but no they are not that similar to me. See previous posts comparing the 4 outfits a few pages back. One of these things does not look like the other.

They're similar in muted colors and the lines of the outfits but thats it.

The shire gear does not look like school uniforms at all. They look "Scholarly" yes but not like childish school uniforms. This outfit makes the WoL look like a 12 year old child as where the Shire gear does not do this ( in my opinion ).

Honestly looks way better ingame than the art and it has very clean and clear details that are not jaggy like a lot of gear when you get somewhat close. Wont wear it all the time but the jacket will stick around as an alt glamour to mix things up now and then.
