Pretty much, Final Fantasy XV had updated models giving the recurring monsters new looks, it's weird seeing an Aevis from FFXII in Coerthas with its PS2 textures.

Very happy to see some more information, looking forward to pre ordering in Jan then :)

-RDM looks interesting, very pleased its mainly a ranged dps^^, will definitely level that one.
-swimming and diving look good :)
-skill pruning and revamp of combat is much needed so that's good as well.
-new housing area will be much needed, hopefully there is a transfer option (but if not that ok too) If it ends up being in a "snowy" zone I just may have to relocate if possible :rolleyes:
-cross skills by role should be better.
-24 man raid-looking forward to that too.

overall it sounds good so far, some massive open world stuff would be welcomed IF that's in the plans?, who knows ,but will still hope for that one day.

I didn't think it was possible but I care even less for the Diadem revamp after seeing the live letter. Knowing that the iLevel of the gear is DoA wasn't enough, they had to give the most unimpressive showing of their changes possible. Can you even call the revamp a "change?"

Please no. While I loved Blitzball in FFX. The last thing I want to see the devs focusing on is another mini-game no one will bother with after a week or two. With how badly LoV flopped, I just don't have much confidence in them attempting round two, especially as a main expansion feature.

Did they mention ilvl? All I've seen is randomized stats.

I think Blitzball would be pretty cool. Instead of making it a gold saucer attraction, they could just put it under the pvp roulette, and give it the same roulette rewards/bonuses. It won't be combat oriented pvp or anything since you can't attack under water. Although some of the gold saucer games can be fun, there doesn't seem to be a lot people playing them. I think there are many players that don't prioritize getting MGP.

Considering Diadem is coming in 3.55 it better i270 or it will be completely irrelevant for most people at that point
