You are wrong. Do not confuse not being in your hunt linkshell with not doing hunts on either of my two characters. I may do them less on this character compared to my other one but between the two I do them fairly often.

You seem to not be understanding what I'm saying. You find the boss, you wait a minute from the moment you call it out. When I used to do hunts, 90% of the time people shouted out where the boss was and said they were pulling in 30 seconds to a minute. Once that time passed, they pulled. If people didn't make it to the target within that time, then tough luck. Yes, there were people who still missed the boss. But at least it was like "Hey, the boss is here. Pulling in 30 seconds". Not instantly pulling because apparently a lot of people in this game lack a thing called patience.
I kind of doubt that there are going to be enough reports against a so called "early puller" to get them sent to jail. Sure there will be a few butthurt people who may report someone they felt pulled early, but I doubt the number of reports against the individual will warrant going to "jail". Also, if the right click report is supposed to pretty much be targeted at eliminating RMT, it will be pretty obvious who is RMT and who isn't considering RMT have the keyboard smash names and the rest of us have names that actually look like names.
I don't see the right click report function being reconsidered and taken away due to people reporting early pullers. Honestly, I don't think an early puller will have enough right click reports against them to warrant them being sent to jail in the first place.
Edit: To add to this, I feel that everyone should be patient and wait for as many people as possible to arrive to kill a Hunt. They only spawn ever so often and, to me, it's just the courteous thing to do. Thankfully, I'm on a server with very courteous players (and plenty of available housing *hint hint* *wink wink*). It's pretty obvious when is the right time to pull and when it's a bit too early. If the hunt has been relayed you will of course see people asking for invites in /shout. When the number of shouts for invites becomes few and far between it's a good time to /shout a pull time and have that be 2-4 minutes from the current time to allow stragglers to arrive, or simply /shout "Anyone otw?" ....... If no response, then pulling is completely acceptable.
Honestly we're all adults here. It's pretty obvious if you're pulling a hunt mark while people are still asking for invites, which is a good indication that you're probably pulling too soon. Obviously, everyone will play how they want and that's also acceptable. So, to finish this up, if you're on a server where early pulling occurs frequently, I'm sorry you have to deal with that. There's plenty of room on Mateus and we would love to have more courteous players on our server!
Just on another note with the S rank spawns.
There aren't many actual groups going around trying to spawn S rank. There's also one or 2 certain fc's on Odin that i won't name but are well known for trying to secretly spawn s ranks and keep the kills hidden to mess up the timers on site trackers.
The majority of players who get to the spots first are those useing a 3rd party programme that notifies them when they spawn and location.
So to make it fairer and everyone they should ban the use of the 3rd party tools to track S rank spawns.
Instead make server wide message for S rank spawn. This way everyone has the same time and chance with the s rank.
It isn't so much the "early pulling" that bothers me so much as it is the unsportsmanlike behavior of those who do things like that. And it leaves a sour taste in everyone's mouth.
Before SE changed how hunt targets (and FATE bosses) behaved, there used to be this LS on my main's server that would grief people who showed up at a hunt. If they didn't make it to the hunt mark before everyone else did, they would intentionally take hate off of the target, pulled it until it leashed, thus rendering all of the previous participants efforts null and void. The LS is technically still around, having died down after mob behavior was changed, but it's been rebuilt several times from the ground up, and isn't as full of these douchenozzles as it used to.
