Doesn't look like Aether was hit aside from the OP incident. On the last night our team did run into six consecutive withdrawals (2 groups trying to sync queue) but that could have been folks trying to play each other.
Real shame other datacenters weren't so lucky though. We got SE'S answer, might as well close the issue for good. -

Pretty disappointing these guys never got removed from the leaderboard for a pretty clear-cut case of win-trading and boosting (+800 points in 1 day for that one guy >_>). Honestly the message I'm taking from this is it's ok to boost.
