Cheapest land for housing = 4 mil, legacy = 8 mil

Feels good to be on a server where the cheapest housing will be 20million 3 months after the patch.

The land pricing is insane. Absolutely insane.

250M for a large plot of land on Balmung? FIFTH CLASS even? Who has that much gil? Is this some kind of RMT sting operation, where people buy large plots of land and are immediately arrested and banned and their gil removed from the system?

Do we have to wait three more years for the prices to drop far enough for any legitimate players to be able to buy them?

I have all jobs at 50, so I'm one of the wealthier folks I know, but my entire personal fortune is not even 3% of the current price you're asking.
