And I personally get really tired of hearing some women (not all) not wanting to lift as they fear they may get bulky... You won't get bulky you'll only get more shapely and defined, traits anyone would want. They have no idea how human physiology works and the difference in testosterone levels between the sexes. It's one of the excuses I'm glad I don't hear anymore since I stopped being a personal trainer years ago.Quote:
