At first I thought it was witchcraft (photoshop/sfx). (It looked like the spilled liquid on the counter was clear.) Apparently it's just layers and timing. You can see this guy show how to do it. (after some annoying ad):

(The travesty of this, IMHO, is that each color has a different taste and alcohol type/%.)

As Sokyuu said though it's just fluid densities (edit: see below). It's being poured from a mixer, but I guarantee that the mixer was never actually shaken up or otherwise mix anything. Each color of liquor would have been poured in carefully and allowed to settle into nice layers first (I was wrong, you don't let them settle, see below!). And of course others have posted how-to videos as well.

Edit: now after watching the video it made me realize that pouring it immediately is also very important. Blue Curaçao is actually the heaviest thing added but is added last on top and if you didn't pour right away it would all sink to the bottom and it would pour out as yellow, red, blue. You're actually depending on it sinking so that it mixes with the pineapple juice to make the green in the middle.

That's probably actually true of the pineapple juice and grenadine too, and the point of adding the ice is to create a buffer and slow the mixing process.

You know that miserable period of time you get between autumn and winter, when it's just chilly enough to send a shiver down your spine but not quite cold enough to lock the rain and moisture up in snow and ice? Like that. All winter long.

Minimums of as low as -6°C, maximums rarely above 15°C.
The middle of the day may be reasonably pleasant, but the nights and the commute to/from work in a foggy, humid ≈3°C every morning and evening is rather depressing.

I get way more interested in how drinks are made and different bar tending techniques than in actually drinking them.

Meh, that's about the closest it gets I guess. I'm BaWü too, near Stuttgart :P
And it's 17°C outside as well (down from 36°C), but my room is still at 27°C (down from 32°C)

My GPU's running at 30-31° without anything 'heavy' running (Browser, Spotify, Xfire) just after I turned my PC on.
When it's cooler outside, it starts at 27-28°. Went down to this this night when I had my window wide open.
