This makes sense if there's a NIN in the party. It allows them better setup time since jutsu has that for a cooldown.

On SCH it's also nice to have time to:
Cast Adlo a few times to fish for a crit (~7 seconds)
Preplace Shadowflare: ~3 seconds
Use E4E and Spread Adlo: 2 seconds
Pot: 1 second
Precast Bio II: 2 seconds

16+ Seconds is pretty nice for me.

Like sophia ex, this one drk I was paired with refused to use grit on her and kept getting one shotted when she did her TB move.
