If another MNK refreshes dragon kick, yours goes away and it becomes theirs. Because it becomes theirs, it isn't one of the leftmost debuffs anymore so you may not notice it.
Once the debuff exists on the target you get the benefit.

It is the same as Disembowel from the DRG (reduces peircing resistance) and BRD's Foe Requiem (reduces magic resistance).
It's not a personal buff, it's a debuff on the enemy so everyone benefits if they do the designated damage.
In such cases, you can have one MNK do the usual rotation to keep up DK's debuff and the other MNK always use Bootshine.

If you can suffer the loss in accuracy, Hellish claws are better because the +det boost is more damage than the Skill Speed on Zenith.

Yeah I never really noticed it until last night and was kinda freaking out. I bet that is some good DMG for the MNK who isn't on DK duty, Only have to toss up Twin will have to try that next time I party with a MNK. And thanks found the Sig thing on a website there are a few of them that are pretty cool but I like it old school.

I have a 50 paladin since release and was initially wanting to go Monk until I decided to try a tank instead.
I'm kool with the idea of the positional attacks as I typically play Rogue and used to always being behind or moving a lot.
Any tips for lvling up, namely optimal crossclass skills and skills worth using/avoiding?
I just got lnc to 15,and pug to 16 so I plan to go to town this evening.

pound for pound Sphairai is better, however based on your gear, if you are over the acc cap then claws are better. I would say that its better to find a way to lower your accuracy elsewhere so you can switch to the Sphairai (this is my opinion based on weights of each weapon.) In the end both are near equal though so don't sweat it.

That is simply not true. Sphairai adds ridiculous amounts of Skill Speed, whereas Hellish Claws offer better stats if you want to actually deal damage. Their only downside is lack of accuracy, which you can make up for by swapping around your other gear.

when are you guys applying ToD? Also in gl3 is it a good idea to do DK-TwS-Demo, (BS-TS-SP) x2 as a rotation??

i usually apply ToD right after demolish (if it isn't up)

no, it's not a good idea, because every 3rd of your rotations won't have the Dragonkick and Twin Snakes buff, assuming you don't have absolutely crazy skillspeed. Especially if you use any other skill in between, such as ToD.
