I would trade my other veteran rewards in for one of these if they would allow it.

As much as I want to buy fantasia NOW, if they were that concerned about the profits from it they would sell it now, make all that money, then additional money from people who see the new customization options. Simply put they would make more money selling it now than at the start of 2.1.

One for not being able to import characters from the benchmark once the release client was made avaliable (which was an oversight).

And the second from your Veteran Rewards.

Technically we got three, we had the opportunity on our first-log in when we chose our 'Starting City' to edit our appearance too for our legacy characters.

I would pay right now for that option in the mog station and don't see why it's not already. It may seem stupid to some people who don't care about their characters but before my fantasia from subscription I grew to hate how my character looked and didn't want to watch her on cut scenes and all.

Even now with the change, there is still that lingering doubt of maybe I should of chose another race or this hairstyle ect. At least in another month the hairstyle change will be no problem. But still, race, sex, skin color, and other options should be allowed and I know they're working on it, but please it's as simple as putting it in the mog station Yoshi.

There's little difference between "character services" and a cash shop. I mean, a bunch of free to play games sell race changes/appearance modifiers in their cash shop. That's not to say I'm personally opposed to it (in fact, I would love for this to go free to play and have a cash shop), but I feel like most of you have been conditioned to just accept things like this.
