If PLD flash remains the same will there be a way to turn off traits so you can utilize flash in tight spots?

I was wondering about legacy status i registered my copy in 2010 and i was overseas so i missed the dead line by i think 2 weeks, but i played through the fatigue and lack of content also having the CE, I am not worried about the reduced price but i would like the in game content given the situation, Its not really fair that someone who could of bought the copy 4 months before it went down and got legacy status when they have no concept of how the game really was.
Is there a way for those who were registered before or another way to get a sub-legacy status just to receive the content?
Not trying to beat a dead horse but I would and sure many other loyal fans would like the chance.

Will there be weapons or armor that can teach skills abilities and traits?

If we have completed a line of quests for a class in 1.0, will we be unable to access the class quests for 2.0?

e.g.: If I completed all of the Carpenter quests in 1.0, will the Carpenter's Guild recognize me as a veteran and not put me through the introductory quests? This might seem trivial to some, but there is a bit of lore found in those tutorials. I hate missing out on lore.

Can you please elaborate more on v1.0 characters and server transfers? Will I be able to move my character to a US region server with my friends who join at the launch of 2.0?

It was stated on a radio station anima is being replaced by gil for teleporting, will there be a way to split the difference with group members, or will it be individual fees?

This is a simple question and maybe just someone from the DEV team can answer it.

Yoshida-san, how is leveling multiple classes going to work in ARR since the transition to quest-based leveling? After clearing a chain of low level quests in one city-state will players have to move onto another city and start from scratch when switching to a new class? Or will we have to rely on guildleves, dungeons, and FATE after all low level quest chains are completed from the three main cities?

Will there be upgrades for our relic weapons or are they at their final stage?

Are there any plans to allow you to hybrid job souls with a primary and or 2ndary, like drg/sam pld/nin duelsoul so say a pld could dual wield?

As Some of us are getting on in years we need some help now and then to keep playing games the way we use to. As such do you have plans of adding scaling to our UI so we can make the names, radar, text, and other various aspects larger while keeping the background at a high res 1080p? Can we get a scalable UI like other MMO's have? (I.E. Lord Of The Rings Online)

Will that Content Finder I have heard about in the past be Cross Server? If so, I really hope not. I have seen just how badly the Server communities fall apart like in WOW after the introduction of LFG/Looking for Raid/Dungeon Finder etc. I do not want to see our XIV server communities become dead due to Cross Server features :(
