Do you have any plans to cross over hairstyles between genders?
Like we have preset faces would the implementation of preset body types (thin, average, big, etc.) be possible?
Would you ever add in an androgynous "human-sized" race (like Alisiea and Alphinaud's appearance)?
There are some hairstyles that aren't available to Miqo'te because where their ears are located (or in some cases not located) could you add in 'miqo'te versions' of these hairstyles?
For housing enemy/boss/pet-themed furniture was added in the game would you ever think of adding in similar-themed vanity (ex. a Tonberry King-themed robe)in the future?
Will we ever get the option to do end game raids with Light Parties, or will we be perpetually forced to form 8 man parties if we want to raid?
Is there going to be a way to upgrade your Small/Medium FC house to a larger one? and when can we expect this to happen?
example: Upgrading your Medium FC House to a Large
Is transferring FC housing and rank to another server ever going to be possible?
Will FC name change ever be implemented?
Are you ever going to implement a way for hard working/elite players to get exclusive mounts/gear that are not class specific other then the very few methods already available?
Is there going to be a way that we can teleport "guests" to our Free Company house that are in our party? Like an option to turn on or off using the mini Aetheryte Crystal to "allow guest teleportation".
The game is set up for "team jump rope". End game forces players into a choreographed fight, because of scripted AOE instant death. There is disincentive to improvise. These are at 'choke points' in the game, such as Titan HM, EX or Coil Turn 5.
This caused all the players I know in real life to cancel their accounts. I saw one person say his entire choreographed moves for Titan HM when I was visiting. The party finder always says if you haven't memorized the choreography to not join groups. There are many essays online about people dropping the game because of this. They just don't bother logging in any more.
My linkshells and free company are now like ghost towns. They were set up with people who were enthusiastic with the game, but now have left it for good.
Is it the intention of the game's designers to actively encourage players to cancel their accounts?
Will there be changes to the game's layout, or is this the direction that Square wants for it to go in?
Ever since the implementation of grouped data centers, queue times have actually gotten worse; for people who play primarily at night in their region, the queue times can take well over one to two hours for Frontlines or Syrcus Tower just because fewer people are online. And sometimes (in the case of Syrcus Tower), if even one person pulls out when the notification pops up to enter, then it's right back into the queue you go where it can take anywhere from a couple seconds to yet another hour before it pops again. Are they any plans to improve queue times in the future?
- when is the release of patch 2.4?
- new craft/gather primary tool are so painfull to get and they aren't worth the enfort, can you make any fix?
- can you double the access in the second coil of bahamut by make one enter for the normal mode and one for savage mode so the people that can clear both can get more drops?
Is there any chance that Fishermen can get a tackle box/bait bag to store our lures and bait in?
It's getting annoying and over-cumbersome to maintain inventory space and be ready to fish.
Will we be able to obtain the Elbst from the Moonfire Fair event as a mount at some point?
Considering the addition of the ninja job coming in 2.4, would the addition of samurai as a dps job be happening in the future as well? What with Doma being a giant Japan reference. Samurai was the one class I personally wanted to play in FFXI, but could never unlock it, and the asthetic of it just makes me want it even more.
Just Like Fishermen is asking for a tacklebox, Could you create a Culinarian/Alchemist Shelf where we could put ingredients, potions, food? Like a carpenter 4 star item, I don't mind, just knowing it can be done with lets say one page of a retainer's inventory would be very nice.
You could apply a different furniture for every crafter class.
As well, to be able to insert them into our soon-to-get personal houses.
- Any plans to incorporate more crafter classes?
Thank you! :D
When can we do one on one pvp challenge request?
Can we get some spiky hair like Cloud?
And any chance to get a 2 handed sword job like Dark Knight. Since we already have materia in the game it could also be SOLDIER (hybrid magic / melee DPS)
1- Can we get a Bestiary menu in the game, where the hunting log can be just a small part of it, like in XII for example?
2- Can we view the armor on our character before buying it?
I would really appreciate a honest answer to this, why is it that male and female gear looks almost in 90% of the cases the same? High Alagan and soldery gear looks on male and female the same without exception! For instance why does the blm male in soldery gear wears as well High heels, why does female tanks get a male chest? If the have a helm on u can't even tell if its male or female.
Why is it so difficult to give male and female different looking gear?
Guys doesn't wear women clothes and neither do girls were mens clothes.
So why does a female tank has to first glamour to not look like a male or on the other hand why does a male whm or blm has do the same to not look totally awkward. I get that maybe some people may like it.
But me and many others want to see a difference in the same gear between male and female.
Is it maybe because of ps3 limitations?
Duty Finder implementation for all new trials (ex primals)/raids (coil) during initial release:
I understand initial content release allows hardcore players, premade groups and fc's to get a head start on rewards and progression. I have no issue with this, because at the end of the day they are going to be ahead of the curve anyway due to their efforts and they rightfully deserve to be.
My issue is that alot of small group players and FC's aren't able to run this content w/o jumping through hoops.
-Party finder is a great tool, but players creating the parties have their own requirements. This is their right, but it prevents certain players from joining. Some people don't want to use a voice application, have their own, honestly don't need them, or want to use their computer for voice and console to play.
-Static parties and FC groups are hard to create if everyone is not on the same schedule, and there are numerous FC members left out of FC premades.
-When issues arise and are alleviated such as with Ramuh Ex, attempting to PF content becomes a chore due to the fact numerous players have obtained their desired reward from the content.
There is no reason players should have to wait for the next update or several to DF content and I honestly don't see how having content in DF initially will hurt. Personally, I don't want to and don't want others to be able to just hop in the 2nd Coil and skip to whatever turn they wish without completion of the prior.
As I have heard numerous times, DF is for learning, Premades are for winning.
Will character name changes be coming soon?
Its been so long!
Will ffxiv:arr do a crossover event with ff xv or kingdom hearts 3?
Also can we get more ff character costumes akin to lighting(Claire farron) and snow villers.
Would it be at all possible to add in a pose for sitting in beach chairs like in Mist or at Costa Del Sol? It shouldn't be to hard with all the other poses and dances you've added to the game already.
Will there be a Developer's Room of any sort? Like in previous Final Fantasies, where the player could find this secret area and interact with NPCs that are representations of the creators?
Would a Final Fantasy IX event be out of the question? With appearances by various characters, and the opportunity to get gear and weapons from FFIX for glamour, particularly General Beatrix's outfit and weapon for females hint hint :)
Can we add executions to the game? I think it would be really cool if we had a guillotine we could interact with that would chop heads off of the characters that had been banned for RMT. A snapshot of their avatar could be taken in a similar way as how whoever gets the Odin kill's avatar is used for the next Odin incarnation. And there could be an executioners outfit as a quest reward, it would be funny to see like a lalafell garbed as an executioner with the traditional black mask and such. The game made a reference to some people being executed at a point (I'll avoid spoilers but was a quest in the level 20's) so to an extent it's already part of the lore. Maybe the execution plaza could be like an instance on one of the major cities so that people who don't enjoy such things can avoid them.
Why does the limit break bar have to go away when one out of four people leave an instance (or 1/8 for a full party), and can that be looked into? I've run dungeons where the healer or tank insta-bailed and the remaining players completed it successfully without them, but it made the end boss that much tougher and if anything I think we deserved the limit break ability more- the difference being it going from a 'nice to have' thing to something helping us be successful during an occasion where we worked hard to overcome limitations imposed on us by players who quit a roulette because they wanted something faster/easier. Thanks.
Frontlines queue times have increased drastically.
Are there any planned bonuses, unique glamours, or i110 items you could put into the vendors to get more people interested?
Will it be possible to somehow implement a "dye" option when viewing gear on the on the market board when using the option "try on" to see which part of the gear gets colored. Most of the time such as myself and others buy from the market board for glamour purposes. Majority of the time there is disappointment, to find out that the area we want colored cant be changed as well as gil wasted or players take a lost by reselling. Even just to wait for it to resell is fustraiting
On Black Mage it is optimal to have 251 piety, this is to create a smooth rotation where you don't have to wait for mana ticks before casting certain spells. However as it stands only 2 races can currently get this (Dunesfolk and Keepers of the Moon) with the Scholar piety party boost. I melded 2 Piety into my Novus in order to get these piety on a Seeker of the Sun, however now I got my High Allagan staff I use that, and the 2 missing Piety has become a noticeable difference. Since race stats should be very minor differences, will this be addressed?
Yoshida have you ever thought about to make this game a comic/Manga book with the hero and his companions that is on the Intro movie?
Option to turn off the battle music (just play ambient music)? At least in open world?
Can you please start suspending players that cry for everything to the games master? Like when they lost is minion, or they seen a bad player. And the ones that don't know how to play and report entire party's for cheating. Also ban the jealous ones. Let's make the in game cry babies report go both sides. Cause honestly people there days report people if they are late for dinner!! And do not forget The Purge Yoshi !
Best regards
This game is fabulous, however, with all the new gears (hunt, dungeons, pvp, DoL,DoH) the inventory space is ridiculous to accommodate our needs.
Now a new class/job will show up with new job specific gears, and no more space.
We need a solution to that issue, because it will become more and more a major issue.
It could be an Armory chest specific for each class/job for example to solve that problem. Or a Collection set Armory chest where are list all the collection set (ie: Magician's Set, Darklight Set of Striking, Protector's Set, High Allagan Set of Healing, etc.....) and item that we collected. Like that they could be easy to click on a collection set and wear all its gears, and could free space in armory chest for non collection set of gear items.
Please give us more storage space ! :)
