I'm betting on 1.19 coming out in week 38 or 39 :) 9/18-9/30
earlier the better but looked like they were still trying to squeeze some more stuff in to 1.19 + gotta go through QA + extra 2-3 days for the final checks. So guessing this week or next week is final week to sqeeze last bit into 1.19 before the QA checks and all that.
