No real endgame raiding content in 2.1

By over 100 people, yoshida made a comment on it last week, probably more by now. looking for the link.

Short version is that he didn't expect anyone to do it before 2.1.

turn 5 hasn't been beaten yet, the 100 people comment was yoshi-p saying "i don't think more than 100 people will clear coil of bahamut before 2.1"

people are still trying to do turn 5 now, there's a thread in the dungeon subforum about this

No, that wasn't it. There was one where he says "He is surprised more than 100 people beat it before 2.1", and that is of course because he didn't think it would happen.

No, there are people that have said there is a quest after you clear turn 5 from that one chick with the wierd clothes.

the quest is viewable to anyone who has started coil

Oh well, its possible I got it backwards, because I can't find it. If no one has beaten it by now, then it is because they purposely made the fight too hard to beat until they do launch 2.1 lol.

1-4 has definitely been cleared tho, and people are armed in better than crystal tower has to offer.

Starlord, gear from crystal tower wont be better than gear from bahamut's coil. Gear gained from turn 1-4 plus mythology is better and doable and done, unless they throw out an suprising ilvl100 from crystal tower. Doubtful since it is stated easier than coil.

However, it wouldn't be surprising afteral since they already have retarded progression.

i suspect that turn 5 difficulty is purposely high right now, and will probably be tuned in 2.1
