I got a response it said I have to call support cause this issue they can't do over email.
Just wanted to say my problem may be solved. Gotta wiat till I get home to see.
Followed Morbol instructions. My ticket was closed with a satisfactory result.
edit: make sure you log back into the support center- they mention what they sent you in full if you are still having email problems.
I did what Bayo said and MAY have corrected my problem. I will chk when I get home. Suport ticket reply recieved.
my first ticket got a response telling me to call them. the lady told me they are working on the issue with comcast to get it corrected. I meantioned that a community rep told me to send in a ticket in a certain way and she seems to have linked my 2 tickets together now that I look at the support center.
I called them as well suppose to send me another email, but still waiting so far.
Just hang in there, still time.
Ok home and can confirm that my problem is fixed via "request for account support" email I received from SE.
