Standing AFK and not moving 24/7 in a public city being considered harassment is a very strange concept.

That's 100% not true. The blacklist has changed to block all alts of the account. If the others didn't disappear, then he's maliciously making multiple individual accounts to mess with the limited 200 slotted blist. You'd have to remove the bots, erp advertisers and unsavory people just to use up a quarter of the list to block one person. If they didn't intend to maliciously manipulate the blocklists of others, the crowd should have disappeared 8 at a time for every one attempt to block a character.

Glad I don't have to be at Limsa I just afk at my house. now if nude roes swarmed my house then I'd start reporting them xD
