Gear can be revealing, its not showing more than the bikinis did already - but make it lvl1 gear, cause calling this actual armor is plain wrong

How can this even protect you in battle? This is blatant objectifying of women in general and I am appalled at how Yoshi P. can even support this.

Traditionally, Gladiators would fight with little or no armor. Have you seen the men wear it? No? They have about the same amount if not less than the females, I would hardly say it was objectifying "Females"... I find that you, thinking a body to be so disgusting, are more perverse then what you claim the development team is. If you need to unsubscribe to keep your lustful thoughts in check then I think It may be best. Wish you the best in your search for the Un"Objectifying" MMO.

It can be melded and has actual stats, it's actual armor by all definition.

Good thing it's called Final FANTASY. It doesn't have to realisticly "protect you in battle" or be politically correct.

lol no really, the armors are literally bikini-cut with extra metal/cloth for flair. There's more skin on your standard bikini than on either of these costumes because they don't come with anything extra. In fact, the bikini costumes we have ingame are more revealing than these coliseum armors >_>

I just don't get it, unless the lingerie style of the mage armor is making ppl pop boners or something.

Objectifies dudes too, yet you don't see us complaining.

If this was some super-stat armor that would be replacing AF gear or something, I would be complaining loudly. If it was sexist by only being skimpy on females, I would also be complaining loudly. However, neither of those are the case, so I don't see a problem here.

Besides, this is just fun "optional" armor and the majority of armor is nowhere near as revealing. I really like how they made it Coliseum gear so it makes more sense. It's like . . . the Eorzean equivalent of professional wrestling costumes, or something. xD
