Everything is accessable, that is the way the game is designed.

I know a guy who cleared the latest ultimate using a mouth controller because he lost his right hand in a work accident.

Disabilities are only disabling if you let them be.

I dislike the idea that savage/ultimates and their rewards are inaccessible to people because of disabilities. It is blatantly false.

I personally have a terrible left hand injury that makes me have to click all of my skills because the pain is too intense. I left week 2 TOP prog in literal tears because I decided to use both hands to play and I ended up with horrible hand pain that took 6 weeks to go away. Even then, I still cleared all savages and all ultimates including TOP! I ended up swapping to a low APM DPS that I could play entirely with my right hand. Where there is a will there is a way.

There is also plenty of people on Twitter who post about their ultimate clears when they have no hands at all.

If you want rewards, work for them. It feels good to accomplish something and overcome your own obstacles.
