I agree to a certain extent. Pre-cross world PF Heavensward was by far the most toxic in one aspect, raiding. Back when a server's raid scene was confined to that server things could get pretty rough for a player trying to break into raiding. For instance, I was on Jenova at the time and was getting into raiding with my first static. We had a dps that got a reputation for being subpar, and thus we would often get people joining then immediately leaving the party if we ever had to pug, due to seeing the name of this one player. However, this issue was completely alleviated when cross world pf came out. In fact that was one of the best things to ever happen to the game.
