I suggest taking a look at "vgmdb.com", a great source of videogame music credits, and looking up FFXIV stuff. You'd be surprised by how many stuff is arranged by other people. Soken basically creates the main motifs and then the rest of the sound team arrange the tracks around Soken's ideas. That's hwhy he gets compositional credit but the actual meat of the track is someone else. The only OST that was 80% Soken on himself was A Realm Reborn.

The Shadowbringers patches had a higher-than-average amount of non-Soken tracks, likely because he was in hospital for some amount of that.

Back when I did a lore video on Eden I decided to give the other musicians credit for exactly that reason, and Soken was actually only the credited musician for Primal Angel and Return to Oblivion; everything else in the Eden questline is done by either Takafumi Imamura, Yukiko Takada, or Daiki Ishikawa.

In game music is a piece of art, a whole different show. I wish we had orchestral version in-game during some moments tho
