it's only 10am in Japan.

There was no time given. Just a date. (it's already the 22nd in Japan. 10 am at the moment.)
"Originally, we announced that the services will be temporarily suspended for about a week starting on Mar. 13, 2011 3:00 (PDT). However, due to ongoing issues with the lack of energy, we have decided to extend the suspension until Mar. 22, 2011 (JST). We will re-evaluate the situation on Mar. 22, 2011 (JST) and provide everyone with another update regarding this matter."
So, sometime today, (well, their today), we should have news.
Impatient people. It's highly unlikely the game will be back up quite yet anyway (But I'd love to be proven wrong).
Any news yet?
The only real change in the situation is they have power cables hooked up to some of the reactors but not all of them.
They have also stabilized most of them and now have reliable water to cool them off, so temps are either holding...or declining. But they are not out of the woods yet, so I would be surprised if SE turned the servers back on today.
+1 for regional servers ^_^
Actually no. The situation changed a lot lately. There aren't only the nuclear reactors. Tepco managed to reactivate some thermoelectric power plants earlier than expected, so the energy situation is improving regardless of the fukushima reactors.
No thank you. I'm not in any way eager to lose the international environment and go back to the extremely antiquate setting of playing only with my neighbors. It doesn't make the slightest sense in the era of globalized internet.Quote:

:) Well if they go up, Im happy!
But Im not crossing fingers.
Well find out in a few hours non-the-less.
Hope they do!
i cant wait for further announcement, hope they put the servers up again today...
To be honest, I'd prefer more info on the next patch and companies than anything else. They can open the servers whenever they feel like it. I'll still be around.
