It is, but someone in my FC discord copied this "'Eorzea School Uniform' will be released first on KR server (December). Unisex and Dyeable." if it's official from somewhere, the bold part infers that it will be released to us at some point.

Supposedly it's Korean only for a limited time. Most likely will be placed at some point in the mog station. I love that even though it has had a name change no one calls it that. Also if you look at the crest it's the Ishgardian crest. A wee nod to the April fools day Manga they put out.

Yes, but some items we have were "exclusive" but then they showed up on Amazon promotion stuff and other things. It'll come to NA eventually, just don't know when. I'm really happy regardless.
