Zurvan Extreme, 99 times for the mount. More than half of those clears being painful, and those 99 clears making up a little more than half of the clear attempts because... ugh people....
99 totems is too damn many, especially when getting a "farm" group (that lasts more than one or two runs) is more challenging than the instance even when it was brand spanking new. Once I had that bird, and the Firebird by extension, I felt so mentally exhausted for a couple days.
84 runs of Odin back in 2.5 for the Dark Divinity Robe, only to find a week later lvl 54 Caster robe is dyable. Most recent tale and to this day cannot get it to drop for the life of me is Schlaeger. I have seen over ten copies of each possible weapon but the RDM rapier. I look at my Adventurer Squadron like kids being put through college to get their masters at this point with how many GC seals I've obtained and poured into them. Would it kill SE to make it to where if you got one of each piece of gear possible you are given pity and get handed the weapon at the end of the run?

50 Runs of LOTA for the crimson vest back before 3.0 dropped, i got it the day before the servers went down lol.
Over 100 runs of Titan EX for Gulfaxi mount. 2 freaking years of Ifrit, Titan & Garuda EX for Nightmare mount. Damn that Titan, though. Now I'm attempting to farm Odin for the Auga Eyepatch for alts. No success yet.
I got all my tank achievements farming Garuda Extreme before Nightmare ever dropped, so about 600.
Nothing I do will ever top the 330 runs of Bismarck EX I did for the mount. Totem trades weren't a thing back then wither. It's still my default mount to this day.

For the World of Darkness Tank body, I didn't keep track. I did it non stop from 2.4 (wasnt there at 2.3, only right before 2.4) till HW release.
IDK how many runs it was, but the queue wasnt too bad, so most of my runs were then.
Did HW, unlocked DRK, got DRK caught up, continued the story up, and went back to trying to get that body. (didnt touch savage or EX until 3.4)
Was pretty discouraged with the long 2-8 hour queues. (Sometimes Id queue up before bed, so I would be further along in the morning, still in queue of course)
Finally got it sometime in 3.5, after a few more months, but I was farming it far less by then, as I was doing Savage and EXs since 3.4
(Queues dropped to 30-45mins with some change i forget what, and was mostly short on sundays)
2.4 came out Oct28 2014, and patch 3.5 came out in Jan2017. So a bit over 2 years to get it.
My Lv50 PLD and Lv50 WAR, both went up from the exp in there alone (nothing else), PLD got to 60, and WAR got to 57. I tried getting it on an Alt I wanted it on as well, the WAR on my alt went from 50-60 as well.
EDIT: I was thinking the Syrcus Tower, so as mentioned below, it was 2.5, not 2.4
