I'm curious as to what goes into the implementation of a new race. With Ugiri it seems like lore is factor. Is the only other factor remodifying all current equipment to fit that new race?

What goes into the development and design of new equipment? What is the reason for releasing two sets of gear at ilvl cap and one set of gear per dungeon tier which are shared between different classes/jobs. Is this strictly a matter of funding and content priority? I would like to see more content of this type have a higher priority than new mounts, new minions, new emotes, new housing things. I love all of them, but I believe the community would like to see the priority skewed more in the other direction. Thanks for your answer!

Currently there are a handful of truly unique enemies in the game. Ash of Haukke Manor Hard Mode comes to mind. Are there plans to create new unique boss models for all new content? This would greatly improve immersion, and create some real excitement!

Are we ever going to be able to wear the other races starting outfits? I would like to be able to wear the female hyur clothes on my miqo'te.

Is the 'balloon tail' ever going to be fixed on the Evenstar coatee for casters? It looks odd,

Will we ever get the option to cover our tails with armor? Maybe make it an option to hide the armor, it wouldn't have to give extra stats, just be something that would be for looks

Is there any plans for players tobe able to adjust the lower body of their character? Booty, thighs, calves? Maybe for males a belly,and 'package' slider? More personalization is all we are asking for as fare as making our character more unique rather than just with glamours

Is a cross platform (PC to PS4) in game voice chat, or any voice chat for that matter going to be added in the near future?

Will we ever get an option to hide earrings? It would be nice to hide them, my opinion is that they look odd on my miqo'te,
