Actually that's not it at all, Bards can Silence, you can silence the 3rd stomp and stomps after that die off.

Its actually news to me that stomps can be stunned so I'll try that. Whenever I tried stuns on titan it says its always fully resisted, while silence on the hand actually shows up for 1 second before disappearing.

That's because someone else (likely a dragoon) is using a stun as well and causing DR immunity.

I thought stomps could only be pacified?

Incorrect. I've stunned them as a WAR.

Is there a pre-turn 5 and/or pre-primal weapon BiS?

video or it never happened. I tried many MANY times and never managed to stun anything from titan. Even 4th stomp and 5th and 6th even some times...

i do it all the time as warrior. i hit the button just as hit foot hits on stomp #3. #4 still gets off, but that's it.
