Alright. Yeah, I switched back. So I bought the hair, it looked horrible on my au ra, but it looks fantastic on my mooncat (exactly as I thought it would)! Not only that, I finally got my RDM relic weapon after a ton of grind - and this weapon is the first weapon since the Eureka (pagos?) variant, that I will actively use. Oh, and I am not done! I have also created a new RDM glamour, that I think I will actually use long(er) term (also the weapon matches FLAWLESSY). Yes, it's red for red mage, as usual. I have ocd, I think. I am fairly proud of this set! All in all pretty eventful! Also, I spent a long time trying to get these pictures to look good (second picture is getting to me though since it's not centered right)!

In addition to this, I have decided to stick to miqo'te, indefinitely - at least until a viera update comes around OR maybe if they add the miqo'te hempen top to au ra. I'm a miqo'te player now (probably won't believe me :().

I have spent WAY TOO MUCH on fantasias. Since December. I could (barely) afford to do so since FFXIV is the only thing I do for leisure. I barely buy anything for myself except this, and with the weather and covid, I barely go out or buy gas. I had some spare change..

The reason this is now my new main indefinitely (unless viera gets some love) is because I always end up switching from au ra, to miqo'te, au ra, miqo'te, au ra, miqo'te. I love au ra's look, miqo'te is much easier to create glamours for (my reason for playing), looks MUCH better with a larger selection of hairstyles AND hats/helmet. Au Ra can end up looking weird, I have played all 4 faces of au ra, and quite simply, they look weird in everything but a specific FEW hairstyles. Sad to say, but it's true. I don't even bother with helmets because of horn clipping. I hate to admit it, but the au ra aesthetic has severely crippled my creativity when it comes to creating outfits. Why do I make an exception for viera, since they can't use hats or helmets? Simple. I like them more than au ra, and most definitely more than miqo'te. I am intrigued to see what SE comes up with for their "racially unique" hairstyles as well.

I will also be switching my alt from au ra to probably mooncat as well, next month. Mooncat has grown on me, and I love the gray skin of my (now) main. The skin tone brings out colors very well, and is much more unique than another pale suncat. Also suncat eyes are look weird and goofy. Suncat is still on the table though, so I don't have two duplicate characters - I prefer this face most of all for miqo'te.

Long winded rant(?) over, I'll probably be posting quite a bit here again, there's a reason miqo'te has always been my most updated for glamour (and viera), while I barely ever shared au ra pictures.
