Black Mage Sanctuary - A Guide to DPS

Can someone who's better at timing these things out check this opener for me? I've been testing it myself and the PPS seems to be better than any of the previous openers, but I want to be sure.

Sharp>Quelling>Ley Lines>F1>Enochian>RS>F3 Proc>Pot>F4>F4>F4>F1>Swift>F4>Convert>F4>F4>B3>T1>B4

Able to pull this off without party buff at 815 Spell Speed and no extra PIE. All F4's hit under RS, Pot falls off after 5th F4.

Thinking of maybe doing the T1 after B4, but not sure it would change anything as there is plenty of time left on Enoch even with a bad mana tick. Also haven't tested it with PIE party buff, so not sure if there are benefits to that depending on race either.

At 750 there's no way I could do that opener. Enochian would drop even with swift I think.

the timing of mana ticks is a concern tho

If you get a Firestarter in your rotation, where do you put it? In the sharp opener (no proc) you are able to hit Blizz 3 under raging strikes. Which isn't a big increase cause it's small dmg anyways. However in the sharp opener with the proc, you can still get all 6 F4s + the F3 proc under raging strikes. In your opener, if you use get a proc, regardless of where you put it, you'll lose raging on an F4 or the proc.

With the Proc'd sharp opener, you can use F1 (procs) > F4 > F3P + Swift > F4 + convert > F4 > F4. By doing this you are able to weave both swift and convert under your gcd, losing no time at all. Even with fey wind and 850+ SS.

But your opener is still stronger than a normal sharp opener w/o a proc. And also if you can fit T1 in before B4, yes you should always do that. Otherwise you are cutting in to your 25 sec rotation where things are a little more tight, especially if you have to move or get some procs.

Well when HW first came out i had restated and added Pie, really did not make a difference so went back to full Int.
Do certain races have a larger mana pool and such? If i recall in 2.x Dunesfolk lalafell had a slight advantage at the time, no?
Anyhow, will be interesting to perhaps run some tests. My current gear i am bellow 800SS, using.... Relic, lol

You can get the Eso one to 210 FYI and it's better than the Relic. Just one run of Void Ark.
Dunesfolk Lalafelle can apparently do the opener without casting B3 first and without buffs/food.
I'm not 100% sure I believe it.

The race difference is 5 PIE at most iirc, which is about 34 MP. If you put a PIE V in every available socket, you will gain less MP than a single F4 cast costs.

All I'm gonna use is one PIE V and one PIE IV so I can always cast T1 regardless of last mana tick in UI3.

Oh i do have the Lunaris Rod @ 210, just was testing Relic because it has higher crit but no spell speed at all.
I figured if i could get my ss over 800 with melded gear it may be viable as a weapon

You can definitely get over 800 Spell Speed without Lunaris. Just depends if accessories and left side is stacked with Spell Speed. But I'm a SS fiend. So right now the relic is worthless to me.

That 1 PIE is enough to be able to F3 starter opener solo, where every other race needs PIE from either party or food. All races can do the F1 starter solo, though. There has also been a few times where I've been two mana short of being able to do T1 after B3.
