Did a quick test. With 402 PIE, you can get off a B3 with 4MP left using (Sharp) F1 > (Eno) F3 > F4x2 > F1 > F4x3 > B3. Then you wait for the tick, T1 and continue along your merry way. If you never ever plan to use that setup, you save 618 MP by doing B3 (tick) > F3, which is ~91 PIE. I believe I'd calculated the exact amount of PIE needed pre-3.2 but used 6.75 MP/PIE instead of 6.8 so I was a few points off.

Just wondering about my opener currently its:

Sharpcast-leylines > F3 > Eno > F1 > RS > F4 > F4 > F4 > F4 > F3P > convert > F4 > max ether HQ> F4 > F4 > B3 > B4

I manage to squeeze in 7 X F4 at the start and need around 15 extra pie make this viable

My question is, is this worth doing as currently I'm having to use max ether instead of int pot, food wise I'm being cheap just to make this possible

How much SS do you have?
I'm not sure missing out on the T1 and future TC procs is worth one extra F4. With 6 F4's and T1 I only have about 1.5 seconds left on my renewal of Enochian with 750 SS.

Currently 725 but did this opener with an ast present with standard arrow, I should be roughly around 850 SS by the end of the day. Then I'll be testing it out without ast

Depending on how well timed it is with ticks, there is a tiny bit off room to squeeze a T1 but would need to use swiftcast for B4

You can do all that without swiftcast? But the buff certainly helps lol.
At 750 there's no way I could do that opener. Enochian would drop even with swift I think.

I've noticed some interesting things with the BLM changes. I love the extra 2 seconds on AF and UI. Also Blizz IV is much more forgiving on refreshing Enochian. I started a cast last night with around 1.5-2 seconds left and Blizz 4 still landed. It seems that if Blizz IV is at least halfway through the cast when Enochian falls off, it will still work. This makes always fitting in a T1 simple.

I will be gathering all information I find after thoroughly raiding and all the info everyone provides in the forums, and update my guide as we move forward.

Also this is just a quick observation with very little testing to back it up, but from what I've seen so far and experimented with, I think Det might be slightly above CHR this patch. Again, that's not confirmed and I haven't thourghly tested it yet, but just something to keep in mind. We haven't had any actual stat weight updates as far as I can see. Ariyala still shows 2.5 weights

It's nowhere near close only needing to be half done. Feels about an extra half a second from what I've seen.

Not necessarily. As our Intelligence increases, secondary stats fluctuate. Stat weights will always change when newer gear is introduced.

I'll double check my stream from last night, but I'm pretty positive, I had 1 second left on enochian and cast Blizz IV, and it still refreshed. No Ley Lines.
