The big advantage for using Deviled Eggs for T5 is that for everything else you'll use Buttons and get a better DPS than being stuck at 467 from your equipment alone.

I'll try to meld food gestion in the spreadsheet to see if it can be part of the solver and see how much of a gain the Button's version is toward the Deviled.

Edit: I think I see my mistake: what you call Buttons is "Button Mushroom Saute" with bonus to DET and ACC? As I'm playing in French I don't have the same names, and always though what you called Buttons was the "Black Truffe Risotto" which is purely DET/Crit and may be interesting, but will have the limits I exposed above: no way to lower your ACC for lower Turns/primals/etc. unless changing equipment pieces.
I'm trying to find a list of the HQ version of Button Mushroom Saute, Black Truffe Risoto and Devilied Eggs but for the moment all the databases give me the normal versions.

I'm personally aiming for a 465 set. This way, you can use Buttons in Blanket's for every other content in the game, and switch to Button Mushroom Saute HQ to reach 472 accuracy.

Use Button Mushroom Saute, not Deviled Eggs. %2 Accuracy (8 max), 5% Determination (13 max).

For those of you just starting to gear a DRG, but have extra gil. The crafted Neck,Brace, Ear, Rings, and Belt are a nice upgrade until you get your 90 pieces. It saves you months of waiting for myth gear or finding coil static and gears you now. I didn't double check but some of you enthusiast might be able to get some vit on those as well. The new stat weights gave crafted gear a nice boost.

Each Piece when melded right is guaranteed to have:
9 STR
12 ACC
12 Crit
12 SS
8 Det

That's six pieces with 15.616 stat weight and has convenient options to hit different accuracy caps.

In fact the 2 cooking with "Buttons" in their name doesn't help when we talk about food by designating them with term "button".

I redid the spreadsheet to take food into account. The 3 main choices being:
- Buttons Mushroom Saute: 2% ACC (max 8) / 5% DET (max 13).
- Deviled Eggs : 2% ACC (max 10) / 5% CRIT (max 24).
- Buttons In a Blanket: 2% CRIT (max 10) / 5% DET (max 16).
Oddly the bigest version of those food tends to be less good because they use a lower % bonus.

If I try to solve for 466 or 467 ACC I'll have a result using Buttons Saute, Allagan Helm, and a few difference with the actual BiS, with a total of 468 ACC.
If I try to solve for 468 to 470 ACC I'll have the BiS as a result, with a total of 470 ACC.
And my spreadsheet do agree that the second version is more total score than the first one. Seems like OpenOffice got some strange behavior in its solver too. It looks like for the constraint "Final ACC >= XXX" it tries to have Final ACC not going farer than 2 from the XXX. I don't get it >.<
There is not as much options in OO than in Excel, so I doubt I may have choose something wrong.

Not sure about that solver, didn't try it. What I can tell you is I am always talking about buttons in a blanket.

The thing is I added the Button Mushroom Saute to my app to check if it is worth it and it still gets the Buttons in a Blanket on the BiS so I think that's probably wrong.

I guess it is a "nice alternative" if you don't want that useless accuracy but I rather rearrange my gear to get a lower accuracy gear and have 2 different gears sets.
