Yes, you can still obtain Mhachi Gear if you queue for The Weeping City of Mhach 24 man raid.

The gear in that image is the healer body from there.

You need to be level 60+ and have unlocked it by starting the questline (you have to first complete The Void Ark 24 man raid then unlock Weeping City)

here's my glam for my 70s; I really like the taoist shirt, so even if my healers don't share gear anymore they still share the glam. most of the items were crafted by FC-mates, some for the Fashion Report, others were prizes for events. I try to keep the purple and green motif for my MMO characters, but FFVIII has a special place in my heart so I had to use Squall's jacket one way or the other xD

Hey all! So much inspiration here! Hope to get as creative as I get further into the game, but I wanted to share my boy since I'm proud of how he looks so far. I love the chest plate for the warriors chest piece so that's glamored over some higher level armor with wyvernskin arms and legs with a mane of fending for the head.

It's probably because I'm old but most glams feel uninspired. i haven't really been surprised by the usage of certain gear in ages. It feels people just use variations of the same stuff. Myself included. I can't put my finger on it. Maybe we need more choices or people are just sheep. I dunno.

according to left shoulder plate yes, it should be Aka Oni. There is also almost same looking PvP set for dragoons (Ao Oni).
