Nier every day. No exceptions. When it takes as long as when I’ll was 430… im done with it. I got nier again today. Left immediately. I will do my hunts while I wait out my timer and begin naked queueing.
Maybe if they mixed it up more. Or offered more exp for what will be twice the amount of time required. But as is, I’m willing to become part of the problem to solve my own issue with every day nier
While I agree it is bad and should be fixed, I don't think people are horrible humans for doing it. The system needs to be fixed to make all the raids more attractive more than it needs to be fixed so people can't get the roulette they want.
Really some sort of exp modifier for average time it takes to do a raid/dungeon would be a good idea. Make the longer runs give more to even it all out.
Yeah. If they cared enough they would fix it. Because they don't they won't. Why would I work harder? When I don't have to. Why should I care how you feel about it? Who are to me? Again I don't even care to do it anymore, but I still can and it's always there. It's shit and you know it. And instead of thinking of a way to fix it you shill their company and put me down. Good luck with that.
It's not a situation they can easily fix, as when you queue it snapshots your ilevel. They won't be doing some 'projected ilevel' when you queue. The best way to solve is just add more XP/tomes to higher levels.
Besides I get the Dun Scaith and all the Yorha raids regularly, so it's not really a problem.
My orginal idea was just forcing a certain item level based on your characters level. That way you don't have to increase the rewards and get the same results. If you have to queue with a reasonable level 90 item level you will get everything available not just the CT raids.
They could just scale the rewards off your item level you queue with instead of your character level. You queue, it snapshots your item level at that time, no matter what duty you get from that point on it scales to the item level it recorded.
Naked queue is fine. Also if you prefer to do leveling within your level range you can create a party in party finder and do "limited leveling roulette". This will guarantee what you'll get. As for alliance raids, what does it matter? If you want the harder one, select it directly and you'll create a queue for it. This is a non-issue and the xp difference is negligible.
ohh thats perfect!
so if you queue as a level 89 with an iLevel of 50, you'll get peanuts exp. I LOVE THIS IDEA. But lets remember to give tomes by your item level too, so no weekly capped tomes from doing naked queue as level 90.
and if you want the easy one, you can queue for it directly, I dont want the hard ones EVERY time, I just want some variation in my roulettes. At this point I am tempted to qualify for mentor just to get the mentor roulette.
Its also about the rewards. If you can get Cape and score the same Tome's as getting the first Endwalker trial... no brainer if you are not interested in wiping multiple times to get your daily tome's knocked out. I see lots of options from folks and maybe some of them will make it into production. Until then - people are going to play the way they want and sometimes the shortest path to accomplishment is not liked by others.
That's not half bad of an idea. I saw someone saying they had gear sets for each role at ilevel 88 so they could lock in LotA or ST only cause they were farming materia. That would block something like that, but not also doom anyone queueing in with a high ilevel to a greater tendency of getting the higher raids.
