Came home from work hoping to purchase the digital CE but seems like the NA store is broke as well. Been stuck on the information stage for over an hour. You think SE would have prepared better knowing there stores were going to be slammed on pre-order release day. Oh well, guess I'll try again tomorrow morning.

This ^ I've been at it for 5 hours. I even put everything in my account hoping it would auto-fill. But nope. No Canada, no US, no provinces/territories/states, and no way to continue to the next page.

What is it with SE and their bargain bin servers? This happens EVERY time they do an mmo preorder. Even back in the ff11 days and there wasn't even a million people playing that game and the websites would break.

Such a shame that this company continues to shoot itself in the foot. Was hopeful they would have been prepared but........

Hey guys, i'm looking on the store for the PS4 CE Digital download, and i'm not seeing an option for it, all i'm seeing is the $130 physical CE, regular expansion for 40, and the base game + expansion for 60... But not the CE Digital download for 60, am i missing something???

A few of us have noticed this issue - it doesn't seem to be there. Luckily, there's 0 concern about running out of the digital CE. I'd advise waiting - we still have months to preorder.

I'm still yet to receive my confirmation from my order of CE Digital Edition (PC Download).. Plus, it makes one think the purchase pre-order didn't go through at all.

I never received an email confirmation. If I log into the Square Enix store with my account, check "My Account", then the "Your Orders" tab, the order is listed their with an order # and also a link beneath "Download Page", which takes me to the activation key.

Hello all, sorry if this is in the wrong spot (which it probably is), this is my first post to the forums ever... I preordered Heavensward CE for the PS4 at about 4PM Eastern Time today... I still haven't gotten a confirmation email, and it's 11:20 PM now. I went on my Square Enix store account page, and it's in my order history, but don't I have to have the preorder code so I can have the early access? I'm probably just being severely impatient, but one of my friends who preordered it way after me got his confirmation email a few minutes after his order... I dunno, I guess I'm just nervous. ;-; Has anyone else preordered it and did not get a confirmation email yet?
(Btw, I did call and talk with customer service, but by the time I got to talk to someone after an hour of being on hold, the poor guy was burnt out and couldn't tell me much. Dx)

If my region is set to Europe in FFXIV, will it go if i buy NA version of HEAVENSWARD

If anyone is interested in the UK. U can pre order heavensward standered edition for £29.99 on shopto website. But I am still waiting on a email with my early access code. Which hopefully I will receive soon. Now game uk store are taking pre orders for standered edition £39.99 and there is a note saying any pre order codes will be sent on the 18/3/2015 so Wednesday is hopefully shopto will send me my code. Hope this helps anyone

Meh, as an update, when I woke up there was no change. I still had the same screen going as before.

So I decided, eff it, and refreshed the page which brought me back to the very beginning or the order screen step 1 filling out billing addresses and what not. So I finished it again and went through the whole process except this time everything went through perfectly with no delays. Then I check my Purchases page in my account, and oh look, 2 purchases of the CE. Yikes... Well, I sent the store support an email asking how I could go about cancelling one of the orders. Hopefully they get back to me tomorrow/later today.

Added: Though I did check my email and I have not received any email with a confirmation or bonus code, then again you are suppose to check your purchase first and since if I use a bonus code it invalidates any chance of a refund I'll wait until I've talked with someone from store before I unlock one of the activation keys.

Edit: Okay.. well now I've gone and rechecked my account page and it's not showing anything in my "Your Orders" tab anymore. U_U; wth? There were 2 CEs there before.

Edit2: Logged out and back in and they were back in the "Your Orders" tab. Still no email though.

Day #2 start, my body is ready.

Launch day will be fun, it always is.

I can just imagine:

19th June: Servers BOOM from the surprise that people need to patch and actually attempt to play the game (weekend ahead, ofc it is totally normal to not fix problems).
23rd of June: Servers just came back up and crash once more from the new wave of people trying to play while the Early Access crowed is STILL attempting to play. Reopening tba.

Sorry, all you had to do was allocate more bandwidth to your stores. Alas, this was too much to ask for

I do hope they learned from the ARR launch that there will be a BOOM if they don't get themselves ready.

I wouldn't put too much hope into it if I were you. I work in a gaming company and they never learn. They always underestimate the load that patching and people trying to play puts on their servers. Add to that that patches will snail anyway and if you did not buy the physical game, 20 GB is QUITE the patch.
