[NA] FINAL FANTASY XIV Hotfixes (Mar. 24, 2026)

■An adjustment has been made for the following issue:
・Treasure Coffer loot rules have been changed from Greed to Need/Greed/Pass across all Alliance Raids.

■The following issues have been addressed:
・Any log histories for Custom Deliveries under Craft Log could not be selected and would appear greyed out for recipes prior to Patch 4.3.
・During a Performance, the audio could be out of sync with the action when played.
・Mentors who have left the Novice Network channel could still kick players from the chatlog’s subcommand.
・The NPC did not appear correctly during the cutscene for Doman Reconstruction.
・After deleting a character and then creating a new character, the Hunting Log would persist and appear as “Completed”.

■The following issue was addressed.
・Demi-Bahamut does not return if the instance is left while Demi-Bahamut is manifesting in Deep Dungeon “Heaven-on-High.”

*With this fix, Deep Dungeon "Heaven-on-High" has been reopened. We apologize for any inconvenience caused.

■The following issues have been addressed.

• Removing an item from the reclamation box after having already completed all Doman Reconstruction content available in patch 4.3 will revert the content's status to incomplete, preventing the player from progressing to the additional Doman Reconstruction missions that will be made available in future patches.
  *Characters that were affected by this issue have been fixed.
  *The reclamation box was locked temporarily for those who completed all the Doman Reconstruction content, but has been reopened with this fix. Items may now be removed from the reclamation box again.
• In certain contents, under certain conditions, the Limit Break gauge/Adrenaline Rush gauge was already filled at the beginning of the content.
• Beacons of Passage in Deep Dungeon "Heaven-on-High" did not appear illuminated, even when conditions have been met.
• The client may crash during use of the HUD Layout screen within housing interiors.
  (Windows DirectX 9 Mode Only)

■The following adjustment has been made.
・Lowered the HP of the monsters that appear in the F.A.T.E.s "Down the Rabbit Hole" and "Curiouser and Curiouser".
*Regarding "The Forbidden Land, Eureka Pagos", adjustments will continue to be implemented in gradual order, through next week and beyond.

■The following issue was addressed.
・An issue during phase changes in "The Great Hunt" and "The Great Hunt (Extreme)" in which Rathalos' animation is displayed incorrectly.

■ The following changes have been made to The Forbidden Land, Eureka Pagos.
・The experience points gained from defeating notorious monsters have been increased.
・The number of monsters required to be defeated in order for a notorious monster to appear has been lowered.

■The following change has been made to the Deep Dungeon.
・A warning will now be displayed when trying to enter a Deep Dungeon for which the achievement requirement is not met.

■The following change has been made to The Great Hunt (Extreme).
Players were receiving penalties for abandoning a duty when meeting unintended conditions.

Normally only the first player to leave an instance would receive a penalty. However, when the remaining players also abandon the duty while the party is recruiting members, they were still considered the first player to leave the instance and would receive a penalty.

As the timing for this to occur was very tight, it had gone undetected until now. We were able to confirm this issue as it became more apparent with the introduction of The Great Hunt (Extreme), where the duty fails if players are incapacitated a total of three times.

After looking into the issue, we found that the fix would affect all content in FFXIV, and therefore we determined we would need to be very thorough with our investigations. As a result, we have decided to temporarily disable the party fill feature from The Great Hunt (Extreme) only.

We are planning to re-enable the feature in the future when the issue has been addressed.
We apologize for the inconvenience this will cause.

■The following issues have been addressed.
・In The Forbidden Land, Eureka Pagos, elemental experience points would not be obtained if a monster was defeated by a pet’s attack.
・In The Forbidden Land, Eureka Pagos, the Withered Sankchinni’s “Fluid Strike” would be canceled while casting.
・In The Forbidden Land, Eureka Pagos, the monster “Pagos Anubys” was resistant to the Sleep status.
・In The Forbidden Land, Eureka Pagos, the progression status of the “Brothers” FATE may not have displayed properly under Duty Information.
・When queuing for Duty Roulette: Trials and Duty Roulette: Mentor, an image of The Great Hunt would display in the window after matchmaking was completed.
・In Heaven-on-High, sometimes the Accursed Hoard or traps would appear in places that could not be reached.
・The color of the equipment used by the NPC Kurenai could not be changed after dyeing it with salmon pink dye.
・Graphics for the Elemental Harp Bow would not display properly when the weapon was drawn.

■The following issue was addressed.

• Unable to enter anything in the contact/report text box or view past contact history. (PlayStation®4 version only)

■The following issues were addressed.
- During the boss battle in Deep Dungeon Heaven-on-High, the effect of the elder magicite was not working as intended.
- In server backup functions, the upload/download of character settings data could not be performed correctly under certain conditions.
- The server would crash under certain conditions.

■The following issue was addressed.
- In Eureka, the server would crash under certain conditions.

■ The following adjustments have been made to companions:

• The amount of experience gained by chocobo companions when playing as blue mage has been adjusted. *Adjustment made based on the previous announcement: https://sqex.to/smt
• The amount of experience gained by chocobo companions when playing as classes or jobs other than blue mage has been increased to match that of blue mage.

■ The server backup function will now display a loading icon and message when the recovery data list is displayed. (PlayStation®4 version only)

■The following issues have been addressed.

• In The Orbonne Monastery, defeating Agrias immediately after players had been relocated to another area would prevent players from leaving the area.
• In The Orbonne Monastery, an extraneous message would appear after the battle against Agrias.
• In The Orbonne Monastery, jumping while being warped would cause a second warp to occur.
• In The Orbonne Monastery, bosses would not be displayed under certain conditions.
• In the Wreath of Snakes and the Wreath of Snakes (Extreme), revived players could be incapacitated by receiving damage under certain circumstances, despite the period of invulnerability afforded after revival.
• In the Wreath of Snakes (Extreme), players would sometimes receive damage despite having evaded the Great Typhoon mechanic.
• In the Howling Eye (Extreme), Feather Rain could not be learned under certain conditions.
• In the Bowl of Embers, Eruption could not be learned.
• In Alexander - The Cuff of the Son, certain conditions during the battle against Vortexer would cause the server to crash.
• The astrologian actions Celestial Opposition and Time Dilation would extend the duration of effects previously applied to another party member while playing as another job.
• The astrologian actions Celestial Opposition and Time Dilation would extend the duration of effects beyond the maximum limit under certain conditions.
• In PvP instances, reviving would reset the action cooldown timer.
• During dungeon instances, characters would sometimes disappear when party members were distanced too far apart from each other.
• During the quest "My Power, My Pleasure, My Pain", dialogue would sometimes not be displayed when talking to certain NPCs.
• During the quest “Makin' Bacon (Bread)”, the Company Belle’s dialogue would no longer reference other quests.
• In the quest “What is it Good For,” J'moldva’s dialogue upon quest completion was incorrect.
• In the quest “Seiryu's Wall,” Arenvald’s dialogue upon quest completion was incorrect.
• In the quest "Uninvited," a certain portion of Cid’s dialogue was incorrect.
• A certain portion of the Wandering Dramaturge's dialogue was incorrect.
• A certain portion of Adkiragh's dialogue was incorrect.
• Placing the Wooden Beam indoor furnishing item would cause the client to crash under certain conditions.
• In the Fishing Log, the habitat information for Pomegranate Trout was incorrect.
• In Doman Mahjong, after a pon or chi, the opponent's hand would incorrectly appear to have more tiles.
• In Doman Mahjong, rankings sometimes would not change despite meeting the required conditions.
• In the Duty Finder, the mahjong section would be displayed incorrectly under certain conditions.
• In Doman Mahjong, extraneous letters would be displayed in the message after aborting a hand.
• Using the abbreviated subcommand for text command /bluespellbook would cause the client to crash.
• The chat log would incorrectly display the World name for the Siren World.
• Using the server backup feature to save new data when all ten saved data slots were full would overwrite the newest slot rather than the oldest. (PlayStation®4 version only)
• Controller vibration was disabled under certain conditions. (PlayStation®4 version only)
• In the Mount Guide and Minion Guide, selecting the 26th result with a gamepad or controller in search results yielding more than 26 results would crash the client.
• The item text for the Flute of the Plume item was incorrect.
• In the description for the blue mage action Bad Breath, the effect rates for damage reduction dealt, Heavy, and Slow were not indicated.
• In the Blue Magic Spellbook, the description of certain abilities were incorrect.
• In the Duty List, the name of the main scenario quest “The Will of the Moon” was displayed in Japanese.

■The following issues have been addressed.

• In Eureka Hydatos, the notorious monster Provenance Watcher sometimes could not be targeted.
• Instanced areas for primal duties and raid dungeons would not open under certain conditions, resulting in the duty finder server becoming heavily congested.
• Action icons and other features were not displayed on iMac Pro platforms using specific graphic cards. (Mac version only)
