[Dev Help Please] Character Transfers Early

I'm just patiently waiting. JPN latency issues make heavy dungeons (Titan, stone vigil, etc) near impossible on the weekends as I get hit with AoE regardless. My fave was Titan knocking me off as I ran past him and to the opposite side :/

Are my class skills transferable without all characters being on the same world? Or am I over thinking things...

Will Characters on Say NA/EU servers be able to transfer to JP servers, as my friends went to Tonberry as its closer to Australia and Behemoth was locked, we were on Behemoth due to so many Aussies there we had no Clue Tonberry was Aussie too...

Just want to know if we will get the option to switch Data servers.

Anyone who has a Legacy character and who's started a new one elsewhere will know just how mega-rich their V1 toon is in comparison to most of the non-gil-buying population on the new servers.

please add me to the list that want to transfer, my 1.0 char is sitting on Ragnarok where I know nobody and frankly I think that if a 1.0 char was under level 10 before the 1.0 worlds shut down they should not have been required to stay on the legacy worlds. I was barely able do anything on 1.0 and I want to move that char to where my friends are

Technically - you can create a character on the world you want to move to with your current name (or your friend can) so then during the transfer it will initiate the name change prompt as well and then delete the new temp character. If you want to change the name on the same world, just move back again (assuming indeed that it would be allowed or that there will be no some kind of "cooldown" prior next transfer of the same character etc.). And indeed you'll get charged for two transfers in that case but if it's woth for changing the name it's up to you ...

As in October 1st? October 7th? Come on. Can you just state a specific date? It's been over a month since I've been able to hang online with my friends. Is a date really that hard to commit to?
