thanks for the info on the promotion code (PS3), will wait till Thursday to worry, i went though SE for the SE code and iam hoping its all done right after reading all the probs on here, and seeing i now have 2 FF14 reg on my SE acct, iam hoping i can still play on my main char

hey no prob .. it kinda stupid instructions on what to do really and with absolutely useless customer service im really lost

I purchased the game through NA Square-Enix store though I am from the Philippines. I would receive it around 12 a.m PDT?

Idk, I started a support ticket about it so hopefully I hear something about it soon.. all the people in game with their Behemoth Chocobos are making me jealous :(

So I pre-ordered the digital CE from the SE store. I received a receipt of that purchase that included an early access code (only), which I then entered to receive another code which I entered as well to activate early access. At some point am I going to receive an email with my CE registration code? As it stands now, my account information states I have a beta account with early access enabled which will run out it 4 days. This has got to be the most convoluted registration process I've ever seen. Am I missing something?

Edit: I kinda assumed I would've received some info by now via email, with official launch in a few hours and all...

I hope my girlfriend get the PO item too. She ordered the item from weeks ago but she didn't any code at her email

ok im late to this but can someone explain how to get the collector edition item i pre ordered from the game stop pc and all i see is people walking around with them and i dont have a single one

GOG apparently gave out their CE codes and people got them, instead of just 1.0 players. I ordered from Square directly, thinking they'd be on top of it more than the rest. Why are we waiting longer than the retailers? Geez.

Well retails gave theirs early because they care about their customers while square enix on the other hand, just stopped caring when were done paying

Logged into Mog Station and it shows all the items I've supposed to have (CE items and Pre-order items). Yet I have none ingame. I can't help but be buggered.
