The NekomimisFTW! (FTW - For The Win) <<Nekos>> is a Free Company of friendly, helpful players who are in Eorzea for the long term.
We focus on having fun with the game, making friends and helping each other. That's what Eorzea is for isn't it? Making friends and helping each other?
Of course to obtain the highest level of gear we all have to run the end-game content and run certain dungeons or events again and again. So, yes we are interested in progression and End-game, but that is not our focus. Many of us are high level crafters and/or gatherers, and enjoy that aspect of the game as much as raiding. For that matter some enjoy fishing, and some enjoy hanging out at the beach, or even watching the snow in the Coerthan highlands. Yeah, we really do "smell the roses" so to speak.
The NekomimisFTW! Free company was founded by players who enjoy the social aspects of MMORPGs, love anime, JRPGs and have more than a passing awareness of what nekomimi are. We always say that the cat ears are aesthetically pleasing, but not mandatory...
We are looking for relaxed, friendly, long term players who share our point of view.
So, if you are the kind of person who is interested in playing in a relaxed atmosphere with friendly helpful people, making friends that last, helping others and enjoying your time in Eorzea with others, why not talk to us about a trial membership? We do not require references from previous guild leaders (yes, I have seen FCs asking for this).
We do not require you to have voice chat, nor do we discriminate against PS3 players (or PC players - yes, I have seen both)).
We do not tithe or tax our members, voluntary contributions to the FC housing fund are welcome, but not mandatory.
Our rules are really simple, no drama, no RMT, don't cheat and don't be a jerk.
We keep our Free Company and main LinkShell chat relatively clean, and ask everyone to set their own profanity filter options. Filter evasion is strongly discouraged.
Our members range in age from teens up to players with grey hairs and long memories...
We ask that players be 16 before they join, unless they are accompanied online by their parent.
Of course the ears are not mandatory, play whatever race you want (we have players from all Eorzean races)...It's just that the Miqo'te are really cute, as are Lalafell. ...and of course, with a Free Company name like "NekomimisFTW!" we do appreciate cute.

Hey All!
We're originally from FFXIV but have played other MMOs as well (WoW, SW Galaxies, ToR, etc.)
Key with us is that we're friendly, close-knit, somewhat relaxed (but still proactive) and span different parts of the day. There's usually 2-3 of us on at any given time and we're hoping to improve that.
The things I WILL NOT TOLERATE are elitism and disrespect. Trying to maximize your character is awesome! But holding it over other people's heads and feeling like you're better than they are, is not.
