Yes ONE person wrote a silly, happy poem. No it is not creepy, it's creative and fun and there is not enough of it in this world.

You are basically conveying that you wish people here to not react socially in a social setting. Regardless of it being IRL or on the internet this is a Community. We are sad when someone leaves that we like, we are happy when we can give something to someone else and we are happy to receive things as well.

If you are incapable of relating to this sort of activity then you should take yourself somewhere where you are more comfortable.
