Which is funny... people complaining about not having the option to look like they're wearing practical armor don't like the idea of having revealing clothing.

It's all about variety and being able to do what you wanna do, but you'll almost never see someone who vouches for more sex appealing gear say they shouldn't have bulkier or more practical looking gear.

It's sad how very well true that is, but exactly.

It's amazing because if anything I think armor is too 'sexy' instead of modest, let alone practical. It's why I don't play females. I mean, really? Panties for Gear? Just..no.

Wait, you ARE playing FFXIV..... right? No... you must be thinking Tera or something.

Anyone can do whatever they want! Have your town gear! I mean dam when 2.0 comes out I expect the majority of the population to have body proportions similar to Garuda. XD

But for me, I would rather people be talking about how strong or awesome my gear is, not how it looks on me.

It just sucks for all the other gamer girls to not only have game developers exploit the female body into increasing sales, but to have other female gamers requesting this over sexualization and essentially making themselves into tools to be used for profit. (oh lawd I expect massive repercussions for saying this)

Women can be sexy, and I feel like the style of sexy in XIV is classy, not trashy. Lets keep it that way.

I don't think anyone is aruging for "trashy" gear in this game. I just think there is a very underwhelming selection of "attractive" gear.

I don't want the extreme that Tera has gone to. But I think we can tastefully look sexy and still have good stats. I for one don't care for being completely covered but I don't wanna have a lot of the skin showing. DNC AF looked pretty cool in XI and had some sexiness to it. Same with the wedding sets.

I'm just saying it's not a bad thing to want to be sexy but I do think there is such a thing as too sexy.
