The first boss in Amaurot is pretty creepy.
The spiders. Yarzons. I've been playing long enough I can handle them now, but they always freak me out. Legs just to long and spindly, they are too tall, and the sounds..... ugh
***Spoiler***
The sineater of a certain NPC. Sooo tragic and creepy >.<
That and the white mage that turns evil and tries to resurrect her boyfriend
Most mounts look pretty creepy and rather mean if you ask me.
Chocobro excluded of course. */pet*
Nothing directly creeps me out in ShB, you can show me a picture of anything and i'll be fine but the very concept of sin eater transformation(and i also assume voidsent transformation now too) is absolutely horrifying. Being fully conscious while being forcibly mutated (and it is described as painful so probably cracking/shifting of bones/organs) while also knowing that you will have no choice but to try and force others through that and essentially die in all but body is just something of a nightmare to me.
the second boss of the final sb dungeon the way it expands becoming ready to burst
also final boss of rabanaster surprised me alot the first time i ran it i still love his design to this day
Viera and Lalafells.

:c It's a the bird with a human head as a body!
Malboros!! Could you imagine walking/running on a trail and a Malboro randomly stumbles upon you and charges at you full speed?? It would be like that scene where Tataru was mining and the Malboro just lurks and slithers behind her. Yikes!
