Looks like the light from the display is a good couple of f-stops above the lighting on the guy's face, so it's just overexposed. I'm sure the Roegadyn's face marks were actually a manly shade of red.

反対側の壁には建物内の絵を用意して、インタビュー部屋自体が
グリダニアの一角にあるような、そんなイメージというわけですね！
Other side of the wall we prepared a inner building art and used as a interview room. Done it this way so it feels like you were in a section of Gridania.

夕方になると照明のあんばいがまたステキなのですが、
窓の装飾が見えづらくなるという惜しい感じです:(
During the evening the lighting makes the room beautiful once again, however bit sad the decoration on the window becomes harder to see :(
