I'll bite.

Even if you have an absolutely 0 movement fight, you do not do enough raid dps to worth taking over a NIN/BRD/DRG/MCH/SMN/MNK or even a SAM, and you don't provide the utility in progression as RDM.

So get a clue next time Mr Green.

Potency buff is unknown, but given SAM is unchanged I doubt its above 20. Probably +10.

Proc changes are meaningless.

AM changes are meaningless because that kind of movement isn't an issue - the previous cooldown sufficed.

You miss the point of this thread.

At full uptime (0 casts lost to movement), 4.1 BLM has the second lowest raid dps contribution (not to be confused with personal dps) in the game. That's why they're getting buffed. I and several others have said identical statements throughout this thread, please read.
