this thread should be deleted for abusing the word "discrimination".... even "discrimination" has right not to be abused.
OP give people with Dyslexia a bad name and next thing we know... we gonna have blind people crying "discrimination" at SE for making games that's so detailed that legally blinded people can't play.

Just my 2c - Dyscalculia straight up doesn't preclude you from this event's game. It makes maths hard, and there's no maths involved. Life makes things hard for people of all walks of life, you find your way around it.
Quit your b*tchin.
Source: have dyscalculia and terrible grades in maths.

*sigh*
Just because you had difficulty with the puzzle which created an inconvenience to you personally by making you spend more time than you wanted doing the event does not constitute discrimination.
They created a puzzle. This puzzle would have a variable difficulty because each individual is different. There's likely a large number of people that got stuck on it for a bit because the meaning of the numbers on the first map didn't process and they literally sat there figuring out every word that could be made with the letters given.
The issue most of these responses have to the OP is that they apparently feel like the world needs to make all accommodations possible to make their personal experiences as easy as possible.

I have Dyscalculia, been diagnosed since I was about 8, and I solved it. All you have to do is complete the floor map on the first letter and remember where the numbers are. Draw a map if that helps then complete the second map and match up the letters to the numbers and voilà. Don't pretend that people with Dyslexia or Dyscalculia are not able to solve puzzles at all, I am a qualified Teaching Assistant to boot - I work in Primary schools in the UK supporting kids with learning difficulties - puzzles are actually great for both Dyslexia and Dyscalculia. It may take a longer time and require a bit of aid but its not neigh on impossible.
I also don't feel discriminated by this puzzle at all.

You are either a troll or seriously delusional and entitled. Holy crap.

Here's how you do it with every single disability known to mankind. If you can type a post on the forums, you can do this too.
1. Uncover the entire 1st floor.
2. Take a screenshot, whether that be on your phone or through your computer or whatever.
3. Get a piece of paper and a pen..
4. Write 1 down to 7 in a list.
5. Using the screenshot from earlier, go to the areas in the maze on the floor that match up with a number.
6. Once you reach a letter, write that next to the number that fits the screenshot.
Even if you get a letter or two wrong, you will likely work it out. It's a word. And it's related to Final Fantasy.
You don't need to play any word games or scrabble.. It's a matter of "go to 1, find that 1 is the letter F.. Go to 2, find that it's A" etc etc..
It is not that hard. Disability or not. You can do it. Stop using your disability as an excuse and just deal with it like you have dealt with other struggles in life where you may be at a disadvantage.

You're being vicious to anyone that looks like they're even hinting at disagreement, even toward ones trying to help or offering their own problems they had with the game to share experiences and it getting thrown back into their face compared to your current problem. That's all kinds of wrong that is completely at odds with your discrimination outcry.
I have Asperger's, the Wikipedia page for that speaks for itself. Others can be and are worse off in different ways. A call for help if you have a problem or even trying on your own at first and then seek help can be less stressful, or less rude in this case, than what you're saying to some of the people on this thread right now.
I wasn't spared the communication disorder aspect so if I'm coming off as offensive, I'm not trying to. It sometimes takes me a while to try to find what I want to say and it can come out wrong or not what I wanted. I'm posting with no negativity whatsoever. I'm just trying to offer insight, advice, anything.

There are many games and activities that do not cater too certian disabilities in anyway shape or form. The puzzle in this event is childs play even for a Dyslex person when compared to the puzzle at the end of the game 999; that puzzle deals with letters and numbers as well. I have more games then I can count and they don't cater to every known disability out there. If you going to call discrimination against one company you better call it against of all them, your fighting a battle you can't realistically win.
