When it launches, it won't be possible for WHM to wear their hood and the WAR to put down their mask, but the dev. team is working their hardest to get the specs just right so that you guys can choose which way to wear them in version 2.0. ;)

I don't think it's worth spending the time to create animations for each race for individual querks on some pieces of gear. That said, yes to getting rid of characters flashing, just let it switch without the whole flash thing like other MMOs.

Can we just have the War Mask down for now then? No need to trigger it, just leave it down for us :D people who don't want it can do /display head off!
