That would be a good way to kill the game right before pay to play.

No, if someone dies in the fight, gets a raise and does no actions you won't get kicked out of the fight when the rest of the party wipes because that person is still alive. The fact they performed no actions at all means you wont have hate on any of the moogles, and they will all be piled up in a corner because they were killing the last person to die. The exact same thing happened during ifrit, but his regen was so insane that it didnt matter if you raised everyone because he would be 100% by the time you got everyone up and you would have to start the fight from the beginning. WIth the moogles you can kill some of them, then if you wipe you can potentially start from the middle of the fight fully healed and ready to go.
The only way they could really fix this is if they either increase the way king moogle can aggro or kick you out if everyone loses hate from the mob. Either way, should be interesting to see what SE does with this emergency maintenance today. I wouldn't be surprised if they did either of those two things with how big of an uproar like 15 people caused over the legitimacy of the tactic. I also wouldn't be surprised if the emergency maintenance was just to fix a bug along the lines of "Addressed a bug wherein if you warp to uldah, then ride the airship to limsa and return to your homepoint there will be a typo in the first letter of the level 36 gladiator class quest."
Either that or the bug where the christmas music sometimes doesnt play when you ride an airship.
Whether or not that is the case, this is an exploit that can unintentionally happen. They would have to prove that the people doing it were intentionally doing it to win the fight, and it didn't happen because someone got a raise and then everyone else died immediately after from a bad AoE before the person could get hate, which can happen in other fights, and has been happening in other fights for months. I dont know how many times We had to tell someone to just aggro ifrit because we got hit by a bad eruption while they were getting raised and then the tank immediately died after because there were no mages to keep them alive.
And even if they were able to prove such a thing, they would have to ban like 95% of the playerbase who have done the moogle fight including the linkshell that first posted about it, which I can tell you first hand is a linkshell that prides themselves on doing the fight legitamately and being the best they can. Can you honestly tell me that if you had all of the moogles down but the king and gladiator, but then the king goes big and AoEs half your party but you had a chance to recover and win the fight you wouldn't take it? Some people might be that hardcore about doing all their fights legitemately, but a vast majority would take the shot to raise themselves and win the fight. My argument about batraal still stands. If anyone, at any point wiped to batraal after killing any of his adds, and ran back to the fight and fought him minus some to all of his adds instead of leaving the dungeon, reentering, and taking anywhere between 15 to 30+ minutes getting back to him depending on how good your ls was, they have absolutely no room to talk because if SE wanted us to fight batraal with no adds, they wouldn't have put them in the first place.
Here's your answer: If SE does nothing, then it's not an exploit. Stop crying.

*make more popcorn*
Kind of like they did nothing about Salvage exploit when they reported they'll "look into it" and people took it as a challenge then watched their entire linkshell crumble as well as many other server "top" linkshells dissipate once ban period rolled around?
It's already well accepted with XIV being in development they're not doing what they can be doing.
I've taken one major thing from this thread...
A lot of you did Divine Might wrong. <_<
