I was going to buy the new xpack but seeing the game is unplayable now and se doesn't care about there game breaking bug ill just unsub instead :(
Funny cuz this is what the customer support guy told me to do after I told him I was planning on upgrading my components. "Unsub and go fuck myself." Well he didnt say the last part, but he might as well should've.
So I tried something and didn't have an issue this past weekend.
I rolled back GTX driver (376.33), undusted my psu unit (turned out I had massive dust build up at the bottom of my psu) and I updated my mobo's usb driver.
Getting same crash very frequently:

Already rolled back my graphics driver, did not stop this from happening. A fix would be nice.
i have the same issue. couldnt even log onto my charater. i could get as far as the selection but as i clicked the load it crashed with that error message, different DX11 paths tho.
i changed from DX11 or DX9 and so far so good.
to do this hit the config button on the launcher... good luck
Still suffering crashes...although playing in DX9 seems to work. Was able to play for 2 hours in DX9 with no crashes with discord up and ACT turned off.
SE, when are you going to address this issue?!!!
Im still having the crashing after 3.55b rip 14
It started after 3.55b. Please look into it.
Square Enix IT would requires more information. It's not they are ignoring it, sometime it's very hard to reproduce what is happening. I don't have issue on my end.
Please avoid using overlay, turn off EVGA overclock tools or Afterburner if you have any. Turn off GeForce overlay. Run it again.
Run DXDIAG and paste it for SE.
