I would absolutely LOVE to get the different Hempen sets available! :D
I believe the races will still retain their uniqueness even after unlocking the Hempen sets for use across all races. Please do so!

I actually like having different aesthetics for different races. Sure, sometimes you might see something that you think looks better for a race other than your own, but is it is now with most gear, I end up seeing a lot of players looking the same minus headpieces accommodating the ears.
Whenever this type of argument comes up, it seems to manly be just a "grass is always greener on the other side" situation.
I say unlock those beauties!
There really nothing special about the hempen set so don't really see why there are people that want it kept race locked.
I'm for removing the racial restriction on the Hempen Set styles. I like having different variations based on race, but I don't think they should inherently be restricted to just that race.
