Gath Ponders on BRD

I wonder if BRD will be singing as well as playing music..

I hope we get some variation in how it sounds too. A different tune for each type of song would be nice.
I think I'll forever have XI's tune stuck in my head. X3
I'm not picky about it but I can imagine the "Please let me toggle BRD music on and off" threads already. :p

Gath is happy that Gath's hot, supermodel, and paper stacking gf, Nabiri has wonderful ideas.

Adding different tunes and songs would definitely break up the monotonousness that was XI BRD.

Gath's hot supermodel is worth more than your 1 supermodel.

when archer becomes bard, they'll be able to shoot arrows with their instrument strings!

...that would be a sight to see although it would definatley make musician's out of tune with everything if they abused their strings like that ^.^

I think it will be a intresting hybrid... Archer hasnt exactly been a viable option since we have been killing ifrit without the help of archers... So, maybe the barcher will actually have a important role in the ifrit setup, as well with the primal fights moving forward. I have faith in SE, they have yet to disppoint and if they have, they always make up for it somehow someway.. I like this theory, gath. I know you are not like what these people percieve u to be, you brought alot of logic and light to the theory of what barcher has to offer.. Grest post dude! Hope too see u around town, "Evil twin"

Ifrit will be irrelevant at that point in time, though. The mechanics of the game will/could have changed slightly to where you don't need 6 LNC and can actually use a mix of classes.

My 1 gil is worth more than ypour 1 gil.

EQOA bards weren't just awesome buffers, they were awesome DDs as well. Infact they were pretty good soloer's as well since they had high Heal over time and mana over time buffs.

Seems like they are going to allow it to be aa DD and buffer that's awesome. Always thought bard was kinda of lame in XI casue all they did was buff.

Don't forget bards in that game could also charm mobs as enchanted and magical music can indeed tame the savage beast. They were a jack of all trades and masters of none.
