My question then is, what is this new Platinum Ingot recipe?
The current recipe requires 2 platinum Ore. (From http://ffxiv.gamerescape.com/wiki/Platinum_Ingot)
2 Platinum Ore
9 Raziqsap
2 Wind Cluster
2 Fire Cluster

The new recipe requires 1 platinum nugget. (From patch notes)
Platinum Nugget
Raziqsap x9
Wind Cluster x2
Fire Cluster x2

The other ingredients are they same. Is this a typo or something? Or are we going to see two different platinum ingots? Or is the old platinum ingot recipe being changed? Seems arbitrary to change it.

They're changing the old recipe, presumably to bring it inline with how nuggets and ingots currently work. New platinum nugget recipe is 3x platinum ore, so basically same thing just 1 extra ore.

Edit: platinum nugget is not a new recipe....but I think the reason they changed it is the same.
